Yoga for Backcare & Chronic Pain - fully booked

From next week Weds 8 Feb, I will be teaching another 8 week course at Balmain Buddha to prevent and reduce back pain and chronic pain more generally. 

In this course we practise various methods that have proven to be effective to reduce and prevent pain such as deep relaxation, developing greater body awareness, healthy body alignment, as well as postures to promote stability and strength and in some cases greater mobility. I will also be teaching you how to use therapy balls to help release muscle tension and pain.

Unfortunately this course is already fully booked - mostly by returning students - but if you have missed out I am available to meet on Tuesdays privately. In a one on one setting, I can guide you through what we will be covering as well as design a personal practice for you to practice at home.
